Karen R. Munson (M.A., M.B.A.) - President:

Karen received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University. She worked as an Assistant Brand
Manager and then ultimately Brand Manager for General Electric in Cleveland, Ohio. Karen moved to Milwaukee and became
Brand Manager at Miller Brewing Company, responsible for the national launch of Red Dog Beer. She then became Franchise
Manager, responsible for the Miller Genuine Draft Franchise (MGD and MGD Light), overseeing advertising, promotions, pricing,
and line extension development.
Karen founded Research Solutions, Inc. in 1997. Her extensive brand management and research experience is
an asset to companies seeking marketing and market research expertise. Since its inception, Research Solutions has continued
to grow its client base, conducting research locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Jeffrey R. Munson (A.A.S., B.B.A., J.D.) - Vice President:

Jeff has been with the company since its inception. He has a strong background in the insurance, medical,
and legal fields. Jeff is a licensed paramedic and a former practicing attorney with ten years of legal experience.
He is an adjunct faculty member of Gateway Technical College. Jeff is also a frequent presenter at the QRCA annual conference,
and other professional association meetings.
Jeff has conducted qualitative and quantitative research projects for numerous fortune 500 companies, including
Harley-Davidson, GE Healthcare, Tetra Pak, and Northwestern Mutual. His experience includes conducting research
projects locally, nationally, and internationally.
